ET-X Projects (Pty) Ltd has evolved from the retained construction expertise of ELB Construction and through the acquisition of the Intellectual Property of ELB Engineering Services, into the dynamic business of today.

It has found the balance in combining the expertise of key executives with the new vibrant energy of the younger generation. The business has adapted to meet the demands of the ever-changing market and are being guided by strong leadership with ethics and integrity. These principles form the core of the business as it progresses into the future whilst mentoring tomorrow’s leaders.

The business is celebrating 15 years of construction excellence and have successfully completed a wide range of complex projects in the Structural, Mechanical, Piping & Platework (SMPP) and Electrical (EC&I) disciplines. It services a range of clients in the Mining, Power, Port, Water, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, FMCG and Industrial sectors.

ELB Construction was incorporated in 2011 as the in-house constructors of ELB Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd and executed various landmark projects for its shareholder. When ELB Engineering Services dissolved, ELB Construction continued trading and acquired the Intellectual Property, Spares and Aftermarket division of ELB Engineering Services. These acquisitions allowed ELB Construction to continue to service its clients.

In 2021, ELB Construction embarked on a rebranding journey and ET-X Projects (Pty) Ltd emerged. The ELB Construction team transitioned into ET-X Projects and as such all the expertise and knowledge remain unchanged.

Over the years the company and its predecessors have amassed the experience, skills, knowledge and partnerships needed to construct any size project.

ET-X Projects is proudly level 1 B-BBEE contributor, with a level 9ME CIDB grading and is accredited in ISO9001 Quality, ISO45001 Safety, ISO3834 Welding Standards.

The company’s knowledgeable, specialized project execution and support team enables it to be a dependable contractor with value-added capabilities. ET-X Projects owns a sizeable plant and equipment fleet which allows it to act swiftly and manage costs appropriately.
