Black Rock Train Loading System

The project entailed the erection and commissioning of a 6000tph conveyor that feeds reclaimed material from the product stockyard to a Rapid Train Loading Station (RTLS). The RTLS is capable of loading 3 different Transnet wagon types, each at a rate of 4200tph with a system accuracy of 0.25%. The RTLS consists of a 1500t surge bin, a 65t weigh flask, precision measuring and weighing equipment, in-motion weigh scales (INGO and OUTGO) and a state of the art control system.
