Eskom Medupi Power Plant

The project entailed the erection and commissioning of the coal and ash handling comprising of 54 conveyors which will feed the coal into the power station’s six boilers and will in turn, take the ash for disposal.   These conveyors convey ash and coal from 80tph to 2100tph.

The project also incorporates the emergency ash disposal dump, emergency 500tph scraper reclaimer and emergency 2000tph stacker.
