The project entailed the erection and commissioning of a 4Mt/a zinc concentrator plant, 30km overland water pipeline, 20km overland powerline, ancillary plant buildings, workshops and stores. The Gamsberg project is one of the most strategic projects of Zinc International business of Vedanta Resource Plc.
