The installation of all structural steel for the boiler, turbine, MCC and administration buildings, as well as the full installation of the structural and mechanicals for the fuel handling systems, consisting of a log feeder, chipper, chain conveyors, three transfer buildings, two shuttle conveyors, a stacker, buffalo feeder,  belt magnets and the smoke stacker and cooling tower system.
